These terms apply to your use of BoltWorks Board, a browser-based visual planning application created and developed by Daniel Rydin.

Use of the application

You may use BoltWorks Board for lawful personal, creative and project-planning purposes. You are responsible for the content you place on boards, save in project files, or send to connected services.

Local data and backups

BoltWorks Board stores important application data locally in your browser and allows project files to be saved locally. Browser data can be lost if storage is cleared, a browser profile is removed, or a device fails. You are responsible for keeping backups of project files or other information that is important to you.

Google Calendar integration

Google Calendar integration is optional and requires your authorization. When you use it, you authorize BoltWorks Board to perform the calendar actions you request using Google's services. Google services are provided by Google and may be unavailable, changed, or subject to Google's own terms.

Beta software

BoltWorks Board is currently beta software. Features, file formats and integrations may change, and errors or interruptions may occur. Do not rely on the application as the sole copy of critical information.

Intellectual property

BoltWorks Board, BoltWorks branding and associated visual assets remain subject to their applicable ownership and licensing terms. Content you create remains your responsibility and is not transferred merely because you use the application.

No warranty

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the application develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
